Very cool. I've always wanted to paint a cel. But it seems so confusing! ><!
Don't you have to... like... paint the shading on first? And how do you get the outlines so smooth and... thin? AUGH!
*coughcough* His eyes look awesome. Kitty pupils! ^_^
I've done... 9.9 five completed, two unfinished. >.>
What I do is draw out the picture first on plain paper, then I take two colored pencils (red and blue) and draw in where the shadows should go. (Red for skin shadows, blue for hair ^^
Then I put the transparency overtop, and tape them both to a clipboard. ^.^v I use a black Paint Marker for the lines (it doesn't smear like ink does) and then I usually do the eyes... after that is... 9.9 hair-shadows, then hair, then skin-shadows, then skin. And clothes somewhere in there. ^^; I've only done head-shots thus far.
^.^ I like his eyes. He doesn't cause it means he's half-demon, but they're still pretty. ^.~

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
