I wanted to draw something purely for the sake of drawing. So I drew a fairy. Naturally, since I drew her at work, I got a lot of comments about her state of attire, or lack thereof. So I drew some strategically placed flowers.
Then I decided, it was already a for-fun piece, lets play with colors!
So the outlines are Micron ink, the fairy's body is Prismacolor pencils & blender, and the flower and wings are Watercolor pencils.
Quite the improvement over my last shot at watercolor pencils... x.x
I really like the colors on the wings and the whole placement to cover up the nudity is well done. My only complaint is the face looks a bit long, too much of a chin, but that might just be how it comes up in your style. I am not used to seeing you draw many females.
Again, the colours on this one are brilliant, and I'm so in love with the way you've covered up her nipples with those little petals. Cutest. Thing. Ever. Someone mentioned it already, but I don't think the face is too long, I just think the mouth may be a bit too high. That's just a nitpick, though. Gorgeous pic!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
